Manage and support Account Managers while they are managing projects internally and clients externally. Provide direction, insight and advice to Account Managers throughout the project life-cycle.
Facilitate communication with clients when decisions that need to be made are above and beyond the authority of the Account Managers.
Pro-actively look for business development opportunities, prepare pitches, proposals and presentations to win new business.
